What data we collect

Through the contact form we collect your first name, last name, email, phone number and your message (e.g. destination and dates). We do not ask for data that is not necessary to answer your request.

Purpose and legal basis

We use your data solely to answer your request and send you a travel quote. Processing is based on your request for pre-contractual steps and on our legitimate interest in replying to the enquiries we receive (Article 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling.

Recipients

We do not sell your data or pass it to third parties for advertising. Only providers necessary to run the website and email (hosting and email services) have access, under confidentiality obligations.

Retention

Messages are kept for as long as needed to serve you and, if no cooperation follows, deleted within 24 months at the latest. If we work together, data is kept as long as tax and travel legislation requires.
